The Problem

BoM owned by Westpac have a great brand positioning in that they are for the people of Melbourne and all about the love of their city. Yet their online customer banking content and UX didn’t reflect that.

To get to the heart of what was important to BoM customers and take the site from dry every day banking speak to more human ‘occasion’ driven UX and assisted search.
